London-born and Savile Row-trained, Ralph Fitzgerald left school at the age of sixteen to start his tailoring apprenticeship under Douglas Hayward, the quintessential British Mount Street Tailors, who dressed the legendary Hollywood stars Roger Moore, Michael Caine, and Steve McQueen, among many others.

Fitzgerald's career led him to Savile Row, where he worked for renowned houses such as Kilgour and Huntsman. In 2017, he made his mark in New York City as the U.S. Head Cutter for Huntsman's U.S. pied-à-terre.

In 2023, Ralph founded and opened his own design house and tailoring establishment, Fitzgerald, housed in New York City's iconic Chrysler Building. With a distinguished clientele comprising America’s Captains of Industry, Hollywood’s A-List, and the world’s most iconic designers, the 'Chrysler Tailor' personally hand-drafts and cuts bespoke commissions from his atelier. Fitzgerald's distinctive sense of style and expert cut has made him the go-to Bespoke Tailor in New York.
